All my packaging has been recycled, so please excuse the eclectic nature of the contents of the packaging that keeps your order safe.
Gift wrap is recyclable too.

Did you know that I can send a gift direct to your loved ones, with a gift note?
All shipping is Royal mail 48 tracked and signed for both UK and international. If you are ordering more than one piece your shipping cost will be recalculated on its total weight at the checkout, you will not be charged per item but for the cost of total shipping.
Occasionally I may use another courier where you will receive a tracking number.
Although your shipping costs will be added at the checkout, any customs charges will be your expense and responsibility.​
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return.
If you wish to return an item, it is essential that you email me within 7 days of receiving your order @ karenhilliard@btinternet.com and let me know that you wish to return it at your own cost with a tracking number and I will return the cost of your order minus the shipping cost.
Refund
If your order has arrived damaged, advise me within 24hrs with clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging and I will replace your order with complimentary shipping.
If you would like a refund, please return the item in the packaging it was provided in with tracked shipping. I will refund the item cost but not the shipping either to you or its return
